We look forward to seeing you! Before you arrive, here is a short list with information about your stay.
Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet, which is included in single occupancy and double occupancy and can be booked as an option by the day during your longstay. After all, it consists of delicious regional dishes as well as numerous types of tea and coffee, which you can enjoy unlimitedly. Look forward to our high-quality buffet: there you will find, for example, baked goods and bread, sausage and cheese, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, coffee and tea.
Breakfast hours: Mon-Sun: 7-10 a.m.
You can check in at the BoardingHouse from 3pm until midnight – 24h. Please check out by 11 a.m. at the latest. You are welcome to move into your room/apartment earlier or stay longer. We charge a small fee for this. If you would like to extend your stay, you can also continue to use all inclusive services such as parking, sauna and fitness.

We charge 149 euros per stay for the final cleaning of our flats.
The night time period is from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Each booking includes a free parking space. After you have checked in digitally or on site, you can open the parking space barrier and use your parking space.
Pets are not allowed in the BoardingHouse Plattling.
We clean your room/apartment once a week. This also includes the change of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning the bathroom and the terrace. The kitchen is not included. If you would like to make use of our service earlier, you can book it additionally.
Both are free of charge for you.
Sauna towels are provided. Please remember to bring bathrobes and slippers.

You can reach several shops for daily needs within walking distance. Our vending machine inhouse is equipped with a variety of snacks and drinks.
Smoking is not permitted except on balconies, terraces and smoking areas at the entrance – neither in the rooms/apartments nor in the public areas. Please understand that we have to charge 150 euros if this is violated.
For stays of twelve nights or more, we ask that you briefly hand over your room/apartment to our staff before you leave.
Our fast W-Lan is available to you free of charge.
We kindly ask you to separate your waste and dispose it in our in-house waste container. If you need rubbish bags, you can get them from our service staff.
